Hello and welcome back. If you are familiar with Altenew, you know how easy it is to create stunning cards in no time just by layering some images that are included in their stamp sets with a variety of inks and you’re good to go. The amazing Layered Laurel could be no exception to that. I’m only sharing three color combos here, but just imagine the possibilities!  In fact I created another one in oranges for my sweet friend Olga (which you can see on her IG account: fink.olga)

To move on to the cards details, I first did the aqua card using inks from the Altenew Sea Shore Mini Cube set . After stamping everything I used the MFT wonky stitched rectangles die to give a nice finished edge and then I foam mounted it on some aqua cardstock and on a standard A2 card base. To embellish it a bit more, I adhered a few sequins here and there and I also gave a little sparkle to my leaves by going over it with clear Wink of Stella shimmer pen.

I followed the same process for the green and the purple one, but this time I added a few watercolor splatters. I also gave my purple card some berries by adhering the smallest of the doodlebug sprinkles.

The green one is stamped with inks from the Altenew Tropical Forest Mini Cubes set.

Search your inks, choose the ones you like and stamp! I can see this set being used in all colors and for any occasion. I can even see it on a tag, an invitation or even a Christmas card. The sky is the limit here and I’m so glad I got it.

Don’t forget to comment, telling me which one is your favorite, or other colors you would like to see. It’s always a big pleasure to read your comments!

Thanks for visiting! See you soon!
