Hi there crafty friends! It’s been a while but January has been really busy for me, trying to organize a couple of new stuff. Well, anyway, the Color Throwdown #476 was a good one and I just couldn’t miss it. Once again, I used the Concord and 9th Beautiful Branches stamp set to make some light blue blooms. This set is to easy to use, you can make a card in no time!
I first stamped the branch in brown ink, then the three blooms that are included in the stamp set, using two shades of light blue ink.
For the splotches and for the sentiment I used the Hello Lovely stamp set (also by Concord and 9th) and brown ink. I glued down a piece of matching patterned paper onto a standard A2 card base, then foam mounted my panel on top.
As a finishing touch, I added a few matching sequins here and there.
I would also like to enter this card to the Where Creativity Meets C9 challenge #17 since these two stamp sets are my very first C9 sets.
Thanks for stopping by and I’ll see you soon!
