Hi everyone! So happy to see you here! I finally had some time to color this beautiful sprig included in the Altenew Weekend Doodles stamp set and to turn it into a card!
I used my copics to color the image and went for a purple-ish look. Here’s a snap of all the colors I used.
This R81-R83-R85-R89 must be my new favorite. And if you look closer you’ll see little dots on the flowers. These were made with the number 0 copic marker and I love the movement and ethereal look it gives to the flowers.
I die cut the image with the matching dies and also die cut a panel using the Altenew Watercolor Stripes cover die and white cardstock. I adhered it on top of another panel made with patterned paper. This particular paper matched the colors of the leaves and comes from an older Sizzix paper pad.
I added a few white and teal splatters and foam mounted the beautiful brunch with foam squares.
I continued by coloring a piece of white cardstock with the same R copic combo to give it an ombre look. I die cut the word ‘hugs’ out of it and foam mounted it onto the panel.
I adhered the panel onto an A2 card base and added a few matching sequins here and there to accent.
I’m entering this to the current Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Bright Colors Inspiration Moodboard.
Thank you all for stopping by! Have a wonderful day and I’ll see you soon!
