Hello and welcome! Good to see you here! I’ve been meaning to make a honeycomb card for so long! Happy to have finally found the time to do so!

I die cut all the hexagons and colored it with Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide ink and some Wild Honey Distress ink around the edges. I added some water droplets and some white gouache splatters.

The bees come from the Pretty Pink Posh Bee Friends stamp set, colored with copics. I used Y11-Y13-Y15-Y35, and a bit of BG000 on the wings. Then die cut it using the matching dies.

I continued by die cutting a piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock with the Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangles dies and blending some more Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide ink on top.

I created the honeycomb by foam mounting the hexagons on the panel, then foam mounted the bees.

The sentiment comes from this Paper Smooches stamp set and I white heat embossed it on black cardstock before foam mounting it onto the panel.

To embellish my card a little bit more, I added some clear droplets here and there. Lastly, I foam mounted the panel onto a standard A2 card base.

Thank you for spending time with me today! Have fun creating and I’ll see you soon!
