Hey crafters? One week before we say goodbye to this one of a kind winter! I miss nature so much! I miss hiking with my boys and I really hope that soon we’ll be able to go on adventures again!

For my card today, I used an Altenew Stamptember collaboration set from a couple of years back. The set is called Dainty Sprig.

I started by doing a watercolor wash over a piece of watercolor paper with Daniel Smith Sap Green watercolor paint. Then colored the image with Daniel Smith watercolors and die cut it with the matching dies.

I went all around the panel with some twine and foam mounted the sentiment. I chose to turn it into a birthday card but it would be beautiful as a Mother’s Day card. Don’t you think?

To accent the card a bit more, I added a few clear sequins here and there.

Then foam mounted the panel onto a standard A2 card base made with Neenah desert storm cardstock.

Looking back to my card creations I can’t find a card without some sort of die cutting. So here’s another card for the current Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge: Favorite Technique. Mine must be die cutting.

Thank you for stopping by today, Have a gorgeous day and I’ll see you soon! Bye!
